In 2017 over 180,000 individuals evacuated their homes due to the imminent threat of an eruption of Mt Agung. Arms of Love supported thousands of refugees through the delivery of much needed necessities including food, hygiene packs, generators and also through the provision of medical health checks.
Currently eight university students are being supported to continue their education and follow a career path that will break the cycle of poverty in their lives.
Arms of Love supports children sponsored by Compassion to participate in extra curricular activities in addition to their education which is paid for my Compassion. These children now have the opportunity to learn music, play sport and participate in computer, art, dance and singing classes.
